While working in Resort Management with Walt Disney World, AyJay specialized in VIP clientele and convention groups, was the head of the Safety and DE&I committees, and had a passion for developing her Cast Members. After 5 years, AyJay is now venturing into the hospitality design industry. She holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida where she also played Division I Softball.
